Starting at $25,000.00* – A lawyer litigation retainer is a sum of money paid as advanced fees by a client for the services of a lawyer. The retainer may be deposited and will be held in the client trust account to be used to pay for the lawyer’s services as they are rendered. The final amount of the retainer will depend on the complexity and estimated time required for the case, as well as the lawyer’s hourly rate for litigation services.
