BUSINESS LITIGATION UPDATE: DJ Kaskade Wins $8M in Contract Dispute Over COVID-19 Show Cancellations A federal judge has awarded a Grammy-nominated DJ $8 million over a contract dispute with a now-bankrupt club in Las Vegas, Nevada. U.S. District Judge Andrew Gordon ruled that the defunct club Kaos, which had operated out of the Palms Casino Resort owed Ryan Raddon, who performs as DJ Kaskade, for breaching its artist performance agreement with him.
