🚨PERSONAL INJURY LAWSUIT UPDATE: First Suit Filed in ‘Rust’ Movie Set Shooting Death A crew member on the movie “Rust,” has sued producers and some colleagues alleging that negligence led to the death of the film’s cinematographer, who was killed by a live round fired from a prop gun by actor Alec Baldwin. Serge Svetnoy, the film’s chief lighting technician, said he held friend Halyna Hutchins as she lay dying from a wound suffered Oct. 21 during a rehearsal on the Santa Fe, New Mexico, set. He sued Baldwin and about a dozen other crew members for emotional distress, claiming improper handling of prop guns and ammunition led to Hutchins’ death. The incident has increased industry calls for improved gun safety on film sets. ~ Jaclyn Peiser, The Washington Post Read Article: https://ift.tt/3oiUV7h * #PERSONALINJURYLAWYER Call The Sterling Firm 🏛⚖️🧑⚖️ ⠀ Available 24/7! 💯👍⠀ FREE CASE EVALUATION! * ⠀ 🌐 www.thesterlingfirm.com⠀ 📧 [email protected]⠀ 📲 +1(310) 498-2750⠀ *⠀ Speak with a lawyer for free! 🆓🤝👌⠀ *⠀ #lawyer #law #injurylaw #civillaw #sterlinglaw #thesterlingfirm #personalinjurylawfirm #injury #injurylaw #accidentlawyer #accidentattorney #forthepeople #freeconsultation
